“The issue of excluding cases of especially grave crimes against sexual inviolability of minors from the jurisdiction of courts with the participation of jurors is under discussion. The deadline for the adoption of the relevant law is determined by national plan for December of this year, ”said Gizat Nurdauletov, Prosecutor General of Kazakhstan.
