People in Kazakhstan are allowed to hang state flag on balconies after Tokayev's claim

Astana. December 4. KazTAG - People in Kazakhstan have been allowed to hang out the national flag on the balconies after the claim of Kassym-Jomark Tokayev, President of Kazakhstan.
“The state flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan can be used (installed, placed) by individuals and legal entities on buildings (dwellings and non-residential premises), including on balconies and in places of celebrations, in order to express patriotic feelings," reads the decree.
The previous regulations envisaged fines.
