People insulting teachers to be fined up to 250 000 tenge in Kazakhstan

Astana. June 19. KazTAG - People insulting teachers will be fined over 250 000 tenge, reads the bill "On amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on status of teacher, reduction of workload on teachers and pupils".
"Humiliation of honor and dignity of teacher is punishable in the amount of 100 monthly calculation indices (MCI), ” reads the bill
The bill has been submitted for public discussion until June 27.
1 MCI = 2525 tenge.
