Photo and video filming permitted for the first time in courts in Tajikistan
Almaty. June 4. KazTAG - Photo and video filming of judicial hearings has been permitted in Tajikistan, reports the Tajik Telegraph Agency (TajikTA).
"The draft law "On constitutional court of Tajikistan" has been approved in Dushanbe, (...) according to it photo and video filming of judicial process in the purpose of population information has been allowed," reads the message.
The draft law also defines terms for consideration and rejection of cases, the order of resignation and dismissal of officers of justice of the constitutional law of the state.
"The current draft law in the new edition has been developed on the base of world experience, including the states of Europe, Armeniaand Russia," said Makhkam Makhmudzoda, Chairfigure of the Constitutional Court.
The law "On constitutional court of Tajikistan" was adopted in 1995. It has been updated 12 times.
