"By the results of service investigation and conclusions of experts it was revealed that doctors had a chance to save an infant. Pretrial investigation has been initiated under part 3 Article 317 in respect of the employees of the city polyclinic N3," said Kanat Kabdolov, senior assistant of prosecutor of Atyrau region.
He said the case is in the authority of the police department of Atyrau region.
"Similar facts have been revealed in the city polyclinics N4 and N5 while providing medical services to five birthing mothers," he added.
