"No belief in the future, social difficulties and feeling of dissatisfaction resulted in mass protests in Armenia," he said.
He said he appreciates the decision of Serge Sargsyan to resign which prevented clashes.
As it was reported, the Defense Ministry of Armenia confirmed that service men of the peacekeeping mission joined the protest action in Yerevan on April 23. The military department said the soldiers left the unit willfully.
The mass protests against appointment of S. Sargsyan to the post of a prime minister started in Armenia on April 13.
