President of Kazakhstan signed law toughening punishment for children violence
Almaty. April 2. KazTAG - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed the law "On amendments into some legal acts on questions associated with activity of organizations protecting children's rights", reports Akorda.
The law is supposed to improve the current legislation for protection of children's rights. The law provides amendments in 6 codes and 6 laws.
Step farther and step mother violating the sexual integrity of a minor will be included as a subject of crime in a number of articles of the criminal code (120,121,122,124).
