Astana. December 12. KazTAG -Kazakhstani President Nursultan Nazarbayev has conducted a meeting with Nikolay Borduzha, secretary general of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Akorda reports.
"Coalition forces will be withdrawn from Afghanistan, there will be new threats connected with the "Islamic State". In these conditions the Organization must become an analytical center which will control the situation, forecast, and develop proposals on collective measures," said Nazarbayev.
Borduzha informed Kazakhstani leader about preparation of the next session of collective security council which will be held in Moscow. He also reported about the activity of the Organization this year and reported about the work conducted in the field of military cooperation.
