"Pretrial investigation has been initiated under Art.344 (violation of safety rules and exploitation of railway, air, marine and river transport) following AN-2 crash which was making chemical treatment of fields in the Akmola region. Investigatory group has been formed involving the representatives of department of transport police," reads the message.
As it was reported, AN-2 crashed at 10.00 on June 20 10 km away from Rodina village. The pilot died, two crew members were hospitalized.
