Pretrial investigation initiated in Aksu following self-arson incident

Pavlodar. April 4. KazTAG - Pretrial investigation has started in Aksu following a self-arson in which one died and 13 suffered, including 5 children.
"The message about the fire was reported at 21.08 on April 3. The man, born in 1968, died following the self-arson, 5 people were hospitalized with burns from 20 to 80%, 5 children were hospitalized with poisoning. The investigation has been initiated," reads the message.
The police revealed the dead man drank to excess and there were frequent quarrels in the family.
