"In order to insure safety on the road Shymbulak-Tuyuk-Su, due to high attitude and instability of snow cover (100 cm) Kazselezashita will release avalanches in the avalanche catchment (the Edelweiss gorge) on February 21," reads the alert.
People are called to postpone their trips and hikes in the area.
