“The rise in prices for domestic construction materials amounted to 25% in January-July this year. At the same time, there has been a tendency towards a change in the rate of growth in prices for building materials from 10.9% in April, 3.4% in May, 4.2% in June and up to 1.7% in July, ” said the report.
