Progress МS-13 mated to the adapter section

Almaty. December 3. KazTAG - Roscosmos specialists working at the Baikonur launch site have completed a sequence of operations to mate cargo transport vehicle Progress MS-13 to the adapter section of the upper stage of the launch vehicle.
The adapter section forms part of the ascent unit (AU) and ensures a mechanical coupling of the vehicle with the payload fairing, as well as integration of the vehicle command interface into Soyuz-2.1a onboard control system.
The vehicle processing operations under the program of the 74P logistics mission to the International Space Station are being performed at the spacecraft integration and test facility.
The launch of Soyuz-2.1a carrying Progress MS-13 is scheduled for December 6, 2019.
