Prosecutor requests 20 years imprisonment for two suspects of Denis Ten murder
Almaty. January 16. KazTAG - The prosecutor has requested to sentence Nuraly Kiyasov and Arman Kudaibergenov, charged Denis Ten murder, 20 years imprisonment each, said a reporter from the court's room.
“I ask you to adjudge Arman Kudaibergenov guilty and sentence him 20 years in a maximum security jail,” said prosecutor Kuandyk Dosov during a court debate on Wednesday.
He requested 20 years imprisonment for Nuraly Kiyasov and 4 years for Zhanar Tolybayeva.
It was reported that the defendant Zhanar Tolybaeva, said at the trial on January 11 about beatings during the investigation. Ruslan Sagynbayev, senior investigator of the Department of Particularly Important Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, refuted Z. Tolybayeva’s accusations of beatings.
Defendant Arman Kudaibergenov asked the investigator about the retraining of their case for “premeditated murder by prior agreement”. The investigator responded that the defendants A. Kudaibergenov and Nuraly Kiyasov could overpower D.Ten, but they brought a knife and purposefully injured the vital femoral artery.
The case is being considered in a specialized inter-district criminal court of Almaty. The court session is chaired by Judge Kenshilik Abdeldinov.
