Aslan Kurmanali violated the rights of release on parole and his punishment has been extended by 8 months, thus, he has been sentenced 4.2 years.
According to Dina Smailova, activist of Немолчиkz movement, it has been the 7th criminal record for Aslan Krumanali, he had been convicted for robbery, swindle, two rapes and offences.
The hearing was held behind the closed doors.
He committed the crime in the mid of March. According to the investigation, the convict invited the victim for a date and raped her in a toilet of cafe attached to the Medeo rink.
Aslan Kurmanali was adjudged guilty under P 1 Art. 120 (rape) and sentenced 3.6 years imprisonment.
