"The Russian President arrived in Kazakhstan on a state visit," the statement said on Wednesday.
As previously reported, head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President Putin will take part in the 20th Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia via videoconference.
On November 28, Tokayev will chair the next session of the CSTO Collective Security Council. Delegations of the participating countries will discuss current issues of regional and international security. It is expected that a number of documents will be adopted following the meeting.
Recall that KazTAG reported on October 27 that Putin plans to visit Kazakhstan on a state visit at the end of November. Later, the news agency's information was officially confirmed.
