“As part of the visit of the head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the Republic of Azerbaijan, JSC NC QazaqGaz and the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan SOCAR signed a memorandum of understanding,” the statement said.
The signed document will become the basis for the development of joint work and an increase in the volume of bilateral investments:
Exploration and development of gas fields in Kazakhstan;
Studying the possibility of deep gas processing, and development of gas chemistry;
Modernization of gas transmission capacities;
New high-tech projects in the gas sector.
