Quarantined Uralsk inhabitants need to install app on their smartphones - sanitary doctor

Uralsk. April 8. KazTAG -Quarantined inhabitants of Uralsk need to install an app in their smartphones, reports the Uralsk Week.
"The health care department of the West Kazakhstan region, informatization department and the center of sustainable development have been instructed to add the regime "I am in quarantine" in Smart Uralsk app. They must explain to the inhabitants of Uralsk how to use the app, to trace and to report the violations to police,” reads the statement.
"Those who are in home quarantine need to install the Smart Uralsk application on their phone, give the application all permissions (give access to GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.), then enable the “I'm in quarantine” mode and not to turn it off during the entire period of self-isolation, ” reads the message referring to the resolution of the sanitary doctor of Uralsk Madeniet Tanauov dated April 6.
At the same time, the document states that the phone must be turned on all the time, connected to the Internet, and the application should always function in the background, while the GPS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth cannot be turned off for the entire quarantine period.
