Almaty. November 20. KazTAG - "Samruk-Kazyna" Sovereign Welfare Fund will become a minority shareholder in the unified Fortebank (on the base of "Alliance Bank", "Temirbank", "Fortebank").
"After restructuring it's clear that creditors become the new shareholders of the bank- current creditors of "Alliance Bank". Because the shareholders of the bank, "Alliance Bank" - they are smeared in the restructuring process of "Alliance Bank," said Guram Andronikashvili, chairfigure  of  Forte Bank".
"In this process of "Alliance Bank" restructuring the share of "Samruk-Kazyna" will be less than 10%: creditors will get 90%, other shareholders will get about 10% of current capital , after consolidation this share will decrease more. Thus, in the near future, "Samruk-Kazyna" will hold minimal shareholding in the unified bank," he said.
He reminded "Samruk-Kazyna" fully withdrew from "Temirbank" shareholding.
