"Soyuz-U" with "Progress" cargo spacecraft launched from Baikonur

Baikonur. April 10. KazTAG - "Soyuz-U" rocket with "Progress M-23M" cargo spacecraft has been launched from the ground N1 of Baikonur at 21.25 of Astana time.

The joining of "Progress" in automatic regime to the Russian segment of the International Space Station was scheduled at 01.20 of Moscow time on April 10 2014.

The launch was conducted within the supply program of the International Space Station. The spacecraft will deliver 2.5 tons of cargoes: fuel, food, water, air, parcels to the astronauts, equipment, and Easter presents for the astronauts.
