“Nuraim Aldanish was found guilty,” the judge of the Talgar District Court read out the verdict.
Aldanish was sentenced to five years in prison under Article 190 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, taking into account the amnesty, the court sentenced her to two years and six months in prison. At the same time, the term will be counted as a day and a half spent in captivity during the investigation.
