Repatriates arriving to Kazakhstan often have no school education - Ministry of Economy
Astana. May 20. KazTAG - The repatriates moving to Kazakhstan often have no higher or school education, said Madina Abylkasymova, Vice Minister of Economy and Budget Planning.
"In the branch of internal migration I should mark that there are a number of problems in terms of repatriates’ adaptation in socio-economic life. Only 8.6% of economically gainful repatriates had higher education, 20.6%- college education, 71%- secondary education or had no education at all," she said.
She added the growth of labor market of the state is basically provided by migration of population with lower level of education and qualification "which complicates integration of Kazakhstani society".
"The issue of "brains outflow" and replacement of highly-professional work power with people with lower qualification is getting burning in Kazakhstan. In the past 4 years the number of emigrants was higher than immigrants with higher education by 65%," she resumed.
