Rescuers and doctors of Kazakhstan will depart to Turkey to provide medical assistance

Astana. February 7. KazTAG - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has instructed to provide emergency assistance to Turkey to eliminate the consequences of the earthquake, reports Akorda.
“President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed the government to provide emergency assistance to the Republic of Turkey in overcoming the consequences of the devastating earthquake in the southeast of the country. Through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Emergency Situations, contact has been established with the Turkish authorities. In the near future, at the request of the Turkish government, Kazakh rescuers and doctors will fly to the affected regions,” reads the statement.
