Russian agricultural surveillance declares reluctance of Kazakhstan to take part in negotiations about goods transfer from Belarus
Almaty. November 28. KazTAG - The Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan does not wish to take part in trilateral negotiations concerning ban of goods transit of "sanctioned" group from Belarus without inspection at the Russian checkpoints, reports the Russian agency TASS.
"Kazakhstan does not accept our control system and does not plan to take part in such negotiations. We estimate this position as reluctance to support us," said Yuliya Trofimova, press-secretary of Federal service on veterinary and phytosanitarian surveillance of Russia.
The Russian agricultural surveillance believes that the issue of control of transit transportations from Belarus though the territory of Russia to Kazakhstan and other states must be solved in trilateral format on the level of the Customs Union.
"Next week we are meeting our Belarus colleagues and we hope that Kazakhstani colleagues will join us," she said.
