Russian secretary of Security Council to discuss EEU development in aggravated international situation in Astana
Almaty. February 17. KazTAG - Nikolay Patrushev, secretary of Russian Security Council, will visit Kazakhstan on February 17-18, reports the site of the organization.
The visit's agenda includes consultations on a wide range of issues concerning security in Central Asia.
"The parties will discus the hot issues of EEU development, the problems of national security in the conditions of sanctions against Russia, significance of common efforts of Kazakhstan and Russia taking in account aggravation of international situation," reads the message.
Patrushev will negotiate with Nurlan Yermekbayev, secretary of Kazakhstani Security Council.
On February 18 Patrushev will meet Kazakhstani President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
