People asked to do something. We assigned to do something about it," said Sagintayev.
According to the akim, Seifullin avenue is being transformed now.
"Illumination in the yards is being modernized. Our task is not to detain and take somewhere, we are just creating the environment with good visibility and comfort," he said.
