Sanitary doctor voiced conditions for malls opening at weekends in Nur-Sultan
Astana. October 28. KazTAG - Zhanna Praliyeva, chief sanitary doctor of Nur-Sultan, has commented on the terms of shopping malls operation at weekend.
“Despite the preventive work, business entities continue not to comply with the rules, mass events are held, the work schedule of establishments is disrupted. At the same time, the number of coronavirus cases in the city is increasing. This means that we are moving away from the green zone. Including children of both school age and under one year old contract the virus," she said.
She noted that there has been an increase in the incidence. In her opinion, this is due to a gross violation of the quarantine by SMEs and citizens, which may lead to a second wave of COVID-19.
“Each region makes a decision at its own level. We also want business to work, we understand that these are jobs, earnings, and the economy. But entrepreneurs, for their part, must comply with the requirements. Some shopping centers do not follow the mask regime and do not check the temperature. I ask you to approach the measures taken with understanding, our common task is, first of all, to prevent a repeated outbreak of diseases," she said.
