Sapiyev about Poltoranin: he found himself in a wrong place, in wrong time
Astana. February 28. KazTAG - Serik Sapiyev, chairman of the committee of sports affairs and physical culture, believes that skier Alexey Poltoranin suspected of doping use is "clear" and found himself in a wrong place, in wrong time.
"According to the laws of Austria an individual can be detained for up to 48 hours without explanation of reasons. We are just waiting. Personally I believe that Alexey is a clear athlete and he found himself in a wrong place, in wrong time," he said to the journalists.
