Almaty. August 20. KazTAG - School principals in Kazakhstan work for 5-20 years without rotation, said Askhat Aimagambetov, Minister of Education and Science.
"In many education organizations, we see that administration works for 5, 10, 15 and even 20 years. We believe that there is a need of a rotation system. We will introduce the rotation institute in the 57th order. This system will start working since next school year," he said at the forum of education workers.
In his words, there is a need for a mechanism of staff reserve for children kindergartens, schools, colleges. Next year the Ministry will apply it.
