"The Ministry of Education and Science is concerned about a frequent fact of violence in respect of children. Police are investigating the case (rape of 7 grade schoolgirl in a toilet in Taraz-KazTAG). The school principle, the deputy principle on educational work, the physics teacher and the care taker have been dismissed," said the message.
The police were reported about the incident on November 15 by medical service. Police have detained the suspect who was identified by the victim.
