Astana. May 14. KazTAG - The Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan has adopted the law "On Ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the Protocol on the Conditions and Transitional Provisions on the Application of the Treaty on the EAEU of May 29, 2014, certain international treaties and acts of the EAEU in connection with the accession of Kyrgyzstan to the Treaty on the EAEU of May 29, 2014, May 8, 2015 ".
"The law is aimed at ensure the gradual integration of customs duties of Kyrgyzstan to the rates of the single customs tariff of the EAEU," reads the decree.
The transition period will be extended by one year for Kyrgyzstan until the full implementation of the single customs tariff of the EAEU in respect of the most sensitive goods for this country.
