Shymkent resident "mining" railway station sentenced 3 years imprisonment
Shymkent. May 13. KazTAG - Shymkent resident received 3 years conviction "mining" railway station.
"He has been sentenced 3 years imprisonment in a common regime colony for phone terror act. Sarsenbek Ibragimov has bee accused on the article 242 of the Criminal Code for deliberately false message," said Madiyar Abdrasilov, judge of Al-Farabi district court on Tuesday.
According to the judge the main evidence of his fault was detalization of phone calls from his mobile phone.
Ibragimov said he did it due to the need to get Kazakhstani citizenship. He is a citizen of Uzbekistan, two years ago he illegally crossed the border and tried to get citizenship.
He reported about a bomb in the railway station in February 2014. Passengers and employees were evacuated from the building, trains movement was stopped.
