Size of population of Kazakhstan increased by 1.3% year on year

Astana. September 16. KazTAG - The size of population of Kazakhstan has increased by 1.3% year on year, reports the statistics committee of the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan.
"The size of population of the state amounted to 18 528.9 thousand people as of August 1 2019, including urban- 10 798.1 thousand (58.3%), rural - 7730.8 thousand (41.7%).The size of population increased by 236.2 thousand people or by 1.3% in comparison to August 1 2018," reads the report.
