Sklyar about site of plane crash: We need to check if the land area is in the exclusion zone

Astana. December 30. KazTAG - We need to check if the land area is in the exclusion zone in the suburbs of Almaty where the plane of Bek Air crashed, said Roman Sklay, First Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.
"We need to check (if the designated purpose of the land areas located in close quarters to the airport-KazTAG) have been changed. The city administration must control it. We should check if it is in the exclusion zone (to know if houses construction is allowed-KazTAG). As for now we see the plane sharply turned right and crashed into this building. We need to understand if it is in the exclusion, restriction zone, (the land area where the plane crashed-KazTAG)," said Sklyar.
He said "there are questions about construction there; there is a guard band of the aerodrome".
"If certain regulations are violated there, an appropriate decision will be taken," he added," he said.
