Almaty. April 22. KazTAG - Slug drivers will be fined in Russia since May, reports the official site of presidential administration of Russia.
"Vladimir Putin has signed a federal law "On amendments into the article 12.15 of the code of administrative violations". The law was adopted by the Duma on April 1 2014 and approved by the federation council on April 16 2014," reads the message.
According to the message, the federal law has been adopted in order to specify administrative responsibility for violation of law of transport means movement on the roads, counter traffic and overrunning.
The law stipulates 1000 - 1500 rubles fine for drivers going outside settlements at speed less than 30 km/h ignoring the regulations of the traffic rules to give road to cars driving behind them.
