Astana. December 25. KazTAG - Small and medium enterprises in Nur-Sultan have declared about threat of bankruptcy due to tax inspectors, said Atameken national business chamber.
"Small and medium businessmen of Nur-Sultan complain about groundless blocking of accounts and restriction of access to the electronic receipts by tax bodies, which factually stops business processes and threatens with bankruptcy," said the message.
"All the applicants faced a similar situation: a tax body sent a notification that the financial-economic operations of SME shown in the electronic receipts have low probability of their authenticity, i.e. factually putting fairness of businessmen under doubt. In order to prove their fairness, businessmen have to send piles of receipts and other documents to prove transparency of their activity," said Kuanyshbek Mukash, deputy director on legal issues of the business chamber in Nur-Sultan.
He said, however, the accounts stay blocked.
"Entrepreneurs said that their replies are not even considered by the state bodies resulting in suspension of operation and big loss. For instance, one company faced 1.2 mln tenge loss per day," he said.
