Also today, the amount of precipitation is 50 mm against 16 mm norm. The three-month norm rainfall has already fallen. The average monthly temperature and rainfall are expected to be around the norm in February, the rainfall volume will be 15 mm, the temperature -14 degrees.
"Snow and snowstorm are often expected within a month,” Sakhanova added.
“At night on January 29, 1210 units of special equipment and 142 road workers were involved in snow evacuation. Today the municipal services of the city have removed 25.391 cubic meters of snow. In total, 2 568 790 cubic meters of snow have been removed," said the message.
