Special investment court to be created in Kazakhstan
Astana. January 28. KazTAG- Kazakhstan is considering proposal on special investment court creation, said Nurzhan Kaiypzhan, judge of the Supreme Court.
"The Supreme Court has initiated creation of a special order of litigations solution involving investors. We are considering options of specialized investment court creation and a specialized judicial collegium in the Supreme Court," he said.
In his words, the Supreme Court is taking measures to provide duly protection of national and foreign investors.
In the past 6 years the judicial acts protected rights of legal entities including foreign investors to more than 420 bln tenge, while only 40 bln tenge have been collected to the advantage of the state.
