Specialists indicate disproportion in personnel preparation for economy branches of Kazakhstan
Almaty. November 20. KazTAG - Ludmila Belova, head of recruiting agency, declared about disproportion of personnel preparation for the economy branches of Kazakhstan.
"41% of economically gainful population are employed in agriculture and wholesale-retail trade. It means we have "agrarian-trading" economy, but sellers don't get special education, we also don't prepare those specialists which we need," she said.
She referred to some statistics data.
"Analyzing the vacancies market we have found out that 47% of vacancies are concentrated in the trade field. And only 5% of the vacancies- for industrial specialists. The opinion that we lack of technical specialists is not absolutely right. If we all get technical profession now we won't find a job," she said.
She added 11% of vacancies are for telecommunication specialists, 10%- in the accounting field.
