At 02.00 17 multi-storey residential buildings, five social and 21 objects of legal entities are still without heat supply.
The emergency mode will be in effect until the full completion of repair and restoration work in the emergency zone.
On the night of November 27, Ekibastuz was left without heat due to the shutdown of boilers at the thermal power plant in a 30-degree frost. The facility is controlled by the oligarch Alexander Klebanov - since the beginning of the year, it has been the second major accident at the thermal power plants under his control.
