State services optimization planned in Kazakhstan
Astana. January 15. KazTAG- Optimization of state services is planned in Kazakhstan, said Dauren Abayev, Minister of Information and Communications.
"Within the frameworks of improvement of normative-legal base a bill has been developed providing over 500 amendments in 43 laws and 10 codes. The bill will optimize 121 state services," he said at the session in the Government.
For example, it provides for the automatic return of overpaid taxes.
"Only one normative act will regulate the procedure for the provision of public services. In total, it will be directed to abolition of 3.5 thousand standards and regulations," he said.
According to him, by the end of 2018, optimization of 76 public services has been completed. Now electronic application for obtaining a driver's license and registration of vehicles is available. Since the launch, these services have been used more than 23 thousand times. Previously, the registration of transport took six hours, now - it takes two.
