"The suspect has been identified and detained. Pretrial investigation has been initiated under Art.107 (intentional infliction of health harm of moderate severity)," reads the message of the police department of the Atyrau region.
The incident occurred in a city cafe at night on November 16. According to the witnesses, a local inhabitant bit a citizen of Ireland.
