"Within the frameworks of general transfers it is planned to develop leasing of medical technique in the regions. The ministry is developing an appropriate draft order," he said at the session of the Government.
In his words, one of the measures for improvement of transparency level in planning and acquisition of medical technique is creation of a national base under the state program of health care development Densaulyk. Up to date, the list of Kazakhstan's medical tools has been formed, the portal of the list is being integrated with the management system of medical technique.
In his words, state-private partnership is being developed.
"16 agreements to 5.4 bn tenge were concluded for acquisition of medical technique in 2017-2018 in Karaganda, Pavlodar, West Kazakhstan, Atyrau regions. 21 projects of state private partnership valued 18 bn tenge are being developed for 2018. Since 2016 until 2018 - 241 leasing projects valued 4.9 bn tenge have been performed," he said.
