Tenge loans climbed in price for business and fell in price for Kazakhstani people in May- National Bank

Astana. June 28. KazTAG - Credits in tenge climbed in price for businesses to 15.8% in May  from 15.2% in April and fell in price for Kazakhstani people to 17% from 17.3%, reports the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
The weighted average interest rate on loans issued in tenge to legal entities increased by 0.6% to 15.8% in May 2022, to individuals it decreased by 0.3% to 17%, reads the report.
The interest rate for companies on loans in foreign currency fell immediately by 3.2% to 4%, for citizens - increased by 0.3% to 6.4%.
