TengriBank's top managers detained for embezzlement of more than T8 billion

Astana.  November 11. KazTAG - Former deputy chairman of the board of TengriBank JSC Bakhtiyar Ilyasov and ex-deputy director of the Almaty branch of TengriBank JSC Asset Zhadykov have been detained in the case of embezzlement of more than T8 billion.
“Yes, we confirm (information about the detention - KazTAG). The case is being investigated by the Department of Economic Investigations ", the representatives of the Ministry of Finance confirmed.
According to messages that previously appeared on social networks, top managers are suspected of embezzling more than T8 billion by issuing deliberately irrecoverable loans.
