Term of land rent may be reduced from 49 to 10 years in Kyrgyzstan
Almaty. May 19. KazTAG - Land rent term will be reduced in Kazakhstan from 49 to 10 years, reports the KyrTAG news agency.
"Kozhobek Ryspayev, deputy of Zhogorku Kenesh, proposed to reduce terms of temporary use of land territories in Kyrgyzstan for the citizens of Kyrgyzstan and foreign citizens from 49 to 10 years," reads the message posted on the site of the news agency.
The deputy proposed to introduce an appropriate amendment into the draft law "On draft amendments into some legal acts of Kyrgyzstan" at the session of agrarian policy, water resources of ecology and regional development.
The draft law proposed to set new terms of land rent. According to the article 7 of the Land Code, foreign citizens may have land areas on the right of urgent (temporary) use.
