The amount of Kcell credit line in a subsidiary of a Russian private bank increased by KZT4 billion
Almaty. June 7. KazTAG - The amount of the credit line of Kcell JSC in SB Alfa-Bank increased by KZT4 billion, the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) reports.
“The company has signed an additional agreement to the main loan agreement No. 82.2090 / 2016 dated June 8, 2016 with SB Alfa-Bank, which determines the following conditions: extend the term of the credit line until April 12, 2024; increase the size of the credit line from KZT10 billion to KZT14 billion; to extend the term of bank loans from 12 to 36 months”, - the document said on Friday.
The parties also agreed to change the interest rate to 11.2% per annum for loans up to 12 months. For a period of more than a year at a rate of 11.2% per annum, if the rate of the National Bank of Kazakhstan is less than or equal to 10%. In the case, the rate is higher, the interest rate shall be at the rate of the National Bank + 2.5%.
“Previously, the interest rate was 12% per annum”, - reported the document.
Alfa-Bank is the largest private bank in Russia.
