The unemployed of South Kazakhstan moving to Eastern Kazakhstan in search of job

Almaty. November  13. KazTAG - The labor-market of Kazakhstan is regulated by internal migration. Jobless people from the south of Kazakhstan are packing their suitcases and moving to the east. They hope to find a long-awaited job and housing there. Enterprises and farms of the Eastern-Kazakhstan seek to employ those who resettled, reports zakon.kz.  
The publication mentions one citizen of South Kazakhstan Elmira Smagulova who raises six children alone. The family lives in a damp one-roomed apartment, every winter is covered with mold, and the children get sick often. Elmira is officially jobless and earns 26 thousand tenge in public works. Having learned about the resettlement program to the east she decided to take a risk.
