"The US Department of Justice announced 17 new criminal charges against WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, stating that he illegally published the names of undercover informants and colluded with former intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning, and also helped him to gain access to secret information," - says in the message.
At the same time, it is noted that Assange was initially charged with colluding with Manning to gain access to the government computer, as a result of which WikiLeaks published in 2010 a hundred thousand of US military documents relating to the war in Afghanistan and Iraq.
