"The days off have been transferred from Sunday, January 5 2020, to Friday January 3 2020; from Monday May 11 2020 to Friday May 8 2020; from Sunday December 20 2020 to Friday December 18 2020," said the message.
The decree comes into force after 10 calendar days following its first official publication.
